1. seminars and workshops

1.1. Registration modalities

Registrations for Sternwerkstatt Management- und Beratungs GmbH seminars and workshops can only be accepted in writing (by letter or e-mail), unless otherwise stated. The seminar or workshop place is confirmed in writing by Sternwerkstatt. The data collected during the registration process will be used exclusively for the organization and processing of the seminars and workshops and will be processed electronically.

1.2. Payment modalities

The participation fee includes 20% VAT and must be paid in full before the start of the event. The transfer will be made in EURO and all bank charges will be borne by the payer. Please state your full name and address on the bank transfer.

1.3. Cancellation conditions

– Up to 14 days before the start of the event:** Cancellation free of charge, but only in writing.

– From the 13th day before the start of the event:** 30 % of the event fee must be paid.

– From the 7th day before the start of the event or in case of no-show:** The entire fee and any costs for teaching materials will be charged.

Substitute participants can be named by arrangement; the GTC apply equally to these.

1.4. Cancellations or postponements

Sternwerkstatt reserves the right to cancel or postpone seminars or workshops for good cause (e.g. insufficient number of participants, illness of speakers). In such cases, participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. Claims for compensation for expenses incurred (e.g. travel costs) cannot be asserted.

1.5. Confirmation of participation

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance if they were present for at least 75% of the event.

1.6. Disclaimer

Sternwerkstatt accepts no liability for personal injury, damage to property or financial loss incurred during participation in seminars or workshops. Participation is at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.

1.7. Special notes

Smoking is prohibited in the event rooms.

2. sale of products (books, astro pictures, jewelry)

2.1. Conclusion of contract

The contract for the purchase of products is concluded with the acceptance of the order by Sternwerkstatt. Confirmation shall be made in writing (e-mail) or by delivery of the goods.

2.2. Prices and shipping

All prices include the statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately and are to be borne by the buyer.

2.3. Terms of delivery

Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer. Sternwerkstatt is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g. delivery services).

2.4. Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal:

Customers can cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Sternwerkstatt Management- und Beratungs GmbH, Jahnstraße 10, 4040 Linz, E-Mail: office@sternwerkstatt.org) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail or letter).

Consequences of revocation:

In the event of revocation, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred by a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of revocation.

2.5. Disclaimer

Sternwerkstatt is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products.

3. acceptance of the terms and conditions

By concluding a contract (e.g. registering for a seminar or ordering a product), these General Terms and Conditions are recognized.
